ARTWORK SHIPPING POLICIES.

Thank you for purchasing one of my artworks. It is very important to me that your experience is optimal, so I bring the following points to your consideration:

  • Prices are in Mexican pesos and include VAT.
  • Prices do not include shipping costs.

  1. To purchase an artwork from ZERVIN ART studio, cash, bank transfers, or PayPal are accepted, as well as credit card payments in 12 interest-free installments through Mercadopago. Once the purchase is made, it is understood that the client agrees with it and with the payment method used for the purchase.

When placing your order, you may request your invoice, which will be sent to your email address.

The invoice must be requested at the time of placing your order. If you request the invoice months after your payment, it will not be possible to generate it. The invoice will be issued in Mexican pesos for the total amount of your payment.

  1. For the purchase of custom-made artwork and/or replicas of original Zervin artworks, a 50% deposit will be required to begin its creation.
  2. Once your artwork is finished, it is important to make the counter-payment by settling the total amount within the next 3 to 5 business days.
  3. Your artwork will take 3 to 6 days to dry as oil is a slow-drying material. Once the oil is dry, the varnish will be applied, which will take another 3 to 4 days to dry.
  4. Shipping costs will be quoted upon agreement with the client, and the cost will vary depending on the destination area. The client pays the shipping cost directly to the courier company. We understand that this is an additional expense for the client, which is one of the reasons why we offer very good prices for the acquisition of Enrique Zervin's artwork.
  5. Once your artwork is dry, the shipping process will begin. You will be given the contact of a PAQUETEXPRESS representative who will request your full details to quote the shipping costs, thus proceeding with the collection of the artwork for proper packaging so that your artwork arrives in perfect condition. This may take 2 to 3 business days.
  6. Finally, the artwork will be shipped to you.
  • All shipments and deliveries are carried out by third parties.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.

So, from the time your artwork is finished until your tracking number is sent, it will take approximately 10-14 business days. I appreciate your patience in this process. An oil painting is a delicate item that requires adequate time to ensure it reaches you in optimal condition.

Delivery time may be extended due to our order list, artwork corrections, or complexity, or in other cases, you will be notified to keep you informed.

Large format artworks are shipped through an agreement with the company PAQUETEEXPRESS.
